I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We strive to ship items as quickly as possible.
Netherlands:
All orders placed on business days before 22:00 will be delivered the next business day.
Belgium:
All orders placed on business days before 22:00 will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
Germany:
All orders placed on business days before 22:00 will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
UK:
All orders placed on business days before 22:00 will be delivered within 2-4 business days.
EU:
All orders placed on business days before 22:00 will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
My order did not arrive on time, what now?
We're sorry to hear that your order did not arrive on time. We strive to ship items as quickly as possible, but sometimes orders may experience delays. We kindly ask that you wait an additional business day, and if your order has not arrived by then, please contact our customer service. We will assist you in finding a solution to the issue as quickly as possible.
I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned?
Are you not satisfied with your order? Then you can return your order yourself within 14 days. To do this, create a shipping label with PostNL / DHL / DPD or another shipping company and attach it to the outside of the shipping box. Only the costs for returning your order to us are at the customer's own expense. Once we have received the product in its original state, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.
What payment options are available?
Currently, you can pay for orders using IDEAL, Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX), Paypal, Google Pay, Shop Pay and KLARNA
Can I still change or cancel my order?
After payment of your order, we unfortunately cannot change or cancel your order. This order is immediately forwarded to our warehouse and they start picking and packing your order right away to ensure the fastest shipment. However, you can always return the products, how to do this is explained in our return policy.
I ordered outside of the EU, what do I need to keep in mind?
Please note that we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred during international shipping and returns. This includes customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, this does not apply to orders within the EU.
How can I return my order?
1. Send an email to info@nxproducts.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
2. Create a shipping label with PostNL / DHL / DPD or another shipping company and attach it to the outside of the shipping box. Only the costs for returning your order to us are at the customer's own expense. Once we have received the product in itsoriginalstate, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.
3. Send your order back to the following address within 14 days of receipt:

My order is damaged, now what?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We then give you 14 days to return it to us & provide a picture of the damaged goods for a full refund. Once we receive the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned packages.
